Shop & Costume Manager

The Shop Manager will generate/update inventory lists of all appropriate P&D possessions, including tools, lighting and sound equipment, they will keep track of requests for tools and loans of equipment, they will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment, they will teach methods of safety, and keep the shop areas clean.

Costume Manager

The Costume Manager will work closely with the Treasurer in all costume rentals and keep an up to date organized record of all renters (includes billing), keep an updated inventory list, maintain all costumes, clean and maintain storage areas, and keep an accurate photo database of costumes.

Andrea Messier

Properties Manager

The Properties Manager The Shop Manager will generate/update inventory lists of all appropriate P&D possessions, including hand props and furniture, work  to generate and enforce policies for lending P&D possessions to on and off campus individuals and organizations, they will be responsible for the maintenance of props, and they must keep all props in proper storage with a "map".

Meghan Sim

Publicity Manager

The Publicity Manager will work closely with the President(s) and House Manager to create publicity posters, social media posts, etc. for all arts productions, they will work on the creation of all arts programs, they will be responsible for putting up posters both on and off campus, and help with creation of "THE BOOK".

Julia Little

Historian

The Historian will serve as the official photographer for P&D activities, will product THE BOOK (P&D's yearly scrapbook), create video and photography of all arts events,  and will work with the Publicity Manager to create programs and posters. 

Shira Barnir

President

The President will hold all council meetings, make sure that all officers and committees are fulfilling their duties in a timely and responsible fashion, write proposals for all events, handle all work request forms, maintain the website, write school announcements to be sent to admin, and work all P&D council sponsored events.

Joaquin Felix

Secretary

The Secretary will create an agenda for every council meeting, take notes for meeting, write all Thank you notes, invitations, letters, cards, etc., keep track of thespian points for ITS, and maintain the arts calendar. 

Callie Mercer

Treasurer

The Treasurer will Keep track of all P&D income and expenditures and meet with the adviser once a week to review the financial situation, collect money and issue receipts, and manage the P&D quarterly report for all events and shows.

Kodiak Muratori

House Manager

The House Manager will keep inventory of all concessions, be in charge of all ticket & concession sales for shows, design and maintain lobby areas, design programs, generate contact lists, and train all members of the concessions and ushering team.
